Patrice Stewart, President & CEO

Mrs. Stewart has over forty years' experience in the securities industry with two major firms. The Compliance View software is the result of this experience, and has provided the structure to assist in the successful resolution of hundreds of litigations. Her areas of expertise are supervision, compliance and operations.

Mrs. Stewart is a certified mediator with FINRA; she also serves as an arbitrator with FINRA and the NASD, and is a qualified Chairperson. She is a member of the SIA Compliance and Legal Division.

Dave Stewart, VP

With over 20 years' executive management experience with a Fortune 50 corporation, Dave Stewart's vision for the Compliance View software has reached global proportions. His areas of expertise are performance reporting, process analysis and project management. He is Owner and President of Essential Performance Consulting, LLC.
